Made from Negroamaro grapes vinified in purity, Negroamaro '66 is available in a single vintage, 2017, only 1800 bottles, all numbered. The wine ages for about twelve months in new 500 liter barrels and then in the bottle for at least six months. It is a wine predisposed to long aging, with a warm, enveloping and persistent taste, intense aroma and dry flavor. Suitable to accompany meats, game and cheeses.

Color: intense purple red with black-violet reflections.
Perfume: intense and persistent aroma, with hints of black currant and berries, delicately spiced with hints of thyme.
Taste: full-bodied wine with good structure, velvety and harmonious, with a persistent savory finish.
It goes well with meats, game and mature cheeses.
We recommend that you unclog and oxygenate first in a decanter, serve at a temperature of 16/18° C.
