Primitivo Salento I.G.P.
First week of September
Steel and bottle
Color: very intense ruby red with violet reflections.
Perfume: it opens to smell with a complex scent, with notes of ripe fruits, hints of black cherry and a nose of cedar.
Taste: intense, firm, bodied wine, soft and harmonious, easy to drink and enjoyable.
It is brilliantly married with first robust dishes, second courses of meat and seasoned cheeses. Great even with dry pastries.
We recommend serving it at the temperature of 16-18° C.
