This wine is obtained from a blend of primitive and negroamaro, autochthonous cultivated vines in the most popular area for such varieties: Lizzano, Torricella and Maruggio, land close to the sea. Very suitable for accompanying meats, game and cheeses.

Perfume: it opens with floral notes and then goes to the berries, closing with notes of jam.
Taste: very nice, with a velvety and soft, fresh tannins.
Great with sliced, first robust dishes, risotto, white meat, game and cheese.
