Malvasia Nera is a typical vine of the territory, grown on our farm in the Torricella countryside, in Salento, where the soil and climate allow this wine to show its full potential.
Vinified in purity, Malvasia Nera is a well-structured wine that amazes and conquers with its enveloping aroma. Warm taste that releases intense aromas of red fruits, cherry, blackberry, pomegranate, raspberry and with a delicate hint of Mediterranean scrub. It envelops the palate with a harmonious and velvety tannin.

Color: intense ruby red with violet reflections.

Serving Suggestions
It goes very well with delicate first dishes, soups, risotto, roast meats and aged cheeses. We recommend that you unclog and oxygenate first in a decanter, serve at a temperature of 16-18° C.
